The hard chrome plating layers forming the hard chrome laminated plating film are provided with fine cracks including a part opened to an outer face side and stayed in each hard chrome plating layer having the self-opening with respect to its depth direction, and a part extended to the hard chrome plating layer lower than the hard chrome plating layer having the self-opening, in a distributed state. Whereby the oil-holding property can be improved, the change of the oil-holding property is hardly found, and the low frictional force can be constantly kept in sliding.
