When the inspection/maintenance work is carried out against the automobile at any one of the inspection/ maintenance sites, data indicating the content of the work is transmitted to the center 10 through the internet 90 by the inspection/maintenance site information processing terminal installed at the inspection/maintenance work site as hysteretic information of the automobile. The center 10 stores the transmitted automobile hysteretic information and applies this information for utilization performed at the information processing terminal connected to the internet 90.
