In the method, the concentration of the residual chlorine is measured by a chlorine concentration detector which is installed inside the storage tank. A control method in which, when the chlorite concentration becomes lower than a predetermined concentration, the water base liquid of the hypochlorite is automatically added to the raw waste water, and when the chlorite concentration becomes higher than the predetermined concentration, the addition of the water base liquid of the hypochlorite is stopped is preferably adopted. |
