PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently park a plurality of automobiles in a narrow space, to ensure a flower bed, a vegetable garden or the like together with the space, in which a plurality of the automobiles can be parked, and to enjoy gardening or the like by passing over the flower bed or the like from the second floor or the like of an adjacent residence or the like. SOLUTION: A parking device with a rise and fall flower bed is composed of an upper-stage pallet 3a, push-up supporting columns installed at the four corners of the pallet 3a, suspending column members, which are provided droopingly at the lower ends of the push-up supporting columns and in which slots are formed in the vertical direction, engaging column members connected to the suspending column members through engaging projecting sections movably fitted into the slots, a lower-stage pallet 3b secured to the lower sections of the engaging column members, a flower-bed combining roof body 6 being set up to the push-up supporting columns and covering the pallet 3a, a parking device body 2 on which the roof body 6 can be placed detachably, main bodies 8 supporting the parking device body in a fixed height, a connecting member 6b fitted to the roof body 6 and a driving device 4 lifting and lowering the pallet 3a.
