Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning cartridge and a water cleaner capable of saving a running cost of water cleaning treatment. SOLUTION: The water cleaner having a hollow fiber module fixed at one end of a cylindrical case while keeping the end part of the hollow fiber in open state and having a washing solution supply port and a washing solution discharge port for washing the outer surface of the hollow fiber can save the running cost of the water cleaning treatment since the regeneration of a clogged hollow fiber can be performed and the water cleaning cartridge can be used over a long period.
