The expectation based on identified triplets of two yeast expression data is matched with experimental data listed in a literature. A new model for making algorithm, having attractive mathematical and statistical characteristics and useful not only for determining functions of uncharacterized proteins but also for expressing or searching for accumulated information in analysis of gene expression for more accurate comprehension of logically regulating process is also provided.
