Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively recycle dry chemicals by a simplified facility and process without using a dissolving method and to reduce an environmental load by decreasing the amount of the components necessary for disposal. SOLUTION: The recovered dry chemicals essentially consisting of ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate and additives are treated by a component grain size separator 1, by which the ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate are separated from the additives S1, and the separated components A are charged into a reaction chamber 2 and are subjected to a mixing treatment and thereafter, the contents M of the reaction chamber 2 are withdrawn and are inspected by the component mass spectroanalyser and grain size an alyser. The component mass ratio to be replenished and the component grain size are determined in accordance with the results of the analyses. The components are replenished into the reaction chamber 2 and the additives are charged thereto and the reaction treatment is performed. |
