Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering generated gas as valuable gas in unburnt as it is state without increasing blowing oxygen amount and auxiliary raw material prescribed in dephosphorizing operation, i.e., without charging new material into a converter for increasing the generated gas amount by surely performing pressure control in the furnace when the dephosphorizing operation is applied, in exhaust gas treatment facility in the converter for decarburize-blowing. SOLUTION: When the dephosphorizing operation is applied in the exhaust gas treatment facility 2 in the converter for decarburize-blowing, the control range of a control damper 21 for pressure in the furnace, is widened to a low blasting amount range by water-sealing a part of the control damper 21 as a variable throat type venturi-scrubber in a secondary dust collector 10, and the generated gas from the converter 1 is recovered in unburnt state as it is through the control damper 21 for pressure in the furnace.
