Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict generation of deformation and wrinkle in a collector due to the swelled active material thin film in charging and discharging in an electrode for a lithium secondary battery having a high charging/discharging capacity and an excellent charging/discharging cycle characteristic. SOLUTION: After forming an active material thin film 11 for storing and emitting lithium on the collector 10 by accumulation, etching is performed to a low-density range 11b of the active material thin film 11 to form clearances 12 in the thickness direction, and the active material thin film 11 is divided into small ranges by forming these clearances 12.
