SOLUTION: This ozonated water making facility of an absorption column system has a water introducing port 6 and an outlet 7 for waste gas on the upper part of a gas absorption section 1 and an ozone-containing gas introducing port 4 and an ozonated water takeoff port 5 in the lower part of the gas absorption section 1, forms an assemblage of elongated gas flow passages, substantially flat gas flow passages or substantially divided gas flow passages by dividing or bending of the gas flow passages and brings the water and the ozone- containing gas into counter-current contact with each other. The facility described above is preferably provided with dispersion equipment 8 for the water introducing into the absorption column 1 and dispersion equipment 9 for the ozone-containing gas introduced therein.
