Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive paste, a layered ceramic capacitor using said paste, and a method of manufacturing for the layered ceramic capacitor capable of preventing problems in the conventional method such as inferior dispersion of conductive paste-containing metal fine powder, the uneven film thickness of an inside electrode formed by printing on a ceramic green sheet, decrease in capacitance yield of the ceramic capacitor, low reliability of the capacitor, and generation of cracks and delamination of the layered ceramic capacitor in baking. SOLUTION: This conductive metal compound paste comprising a metal compound, and if required, metal fine powder, ceramic fine powder, an organic binder, a viscosity control agent, and an organic solvent is printed on a dielectric ceramic green sheet, after removing the solvent, plural pieces of the printed sheets are laminated, the laminated sheets are baked and sintered to manufacture a layered ceramic capacitor.
