REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system that can deliver appropriate information to appropriate corresponding bases even by a terminal unit installed in the same building according to the classification of facility devices monitored by the terminal unit. SOLUTION: A delivery processing part 44 of a monitoring center 30 receiving and processing abnormality data from the terminal units 2a-2n for monitoring the facility devices 1a-1b analyzes the received abnormality data and delivers abnormality data contents to the corresponding base where the general assigned staff stands by, and to a corresponding base 50b where the assigned staff with technical knowledge stands by together with the general assigned staff, according to the classification of the facility devices.
