Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a powdery cement dispersant, where, in drying of a dispersant comprising a liquid polycarboxylic acid-based polymer as a major component, the drying and solidification can be done without any trouble in operating the equipment and with a high recovery rate and efficiency, and pulverizing after the drying and the solidification can be done easily without any damage to its dispersing property. SOLUTION: A dispersant comprising a liquid polycarboxylic acid-based polymer is heat-dried and pulverized in dry air or under vacuum using a Henshel-type mixer.
