SOLUTION: In this method for evaluating the exposed type fixed column base, the exposed type fixed column base for fixing a base plate to which a steel column of a building is jointed, to a footing concrete foundation by the threaded anchor bolt, is evaluated using the rotational spring constant KBS of the column base in an expression: KBS=M/θ... (1) expressed by the ratio of bending moment M of the column base to the rotation angle θ of the base plate, and the bending moment M of the column base and the rotation angle θof the base plate are expressed by M=C(DBS/2-k2 xn )+T(DBS/2-dt ) and θ=(δT+δC)/(DBS-k2 xn -dt ). |
