In the water cooled box 2, a water supply opening 22 is formed and it is connected to a water supply tube 9 through which water for cooling both ultrasonic wave transmission medium and ultrasonic probe 3 is supplied. On the midway of the ultrasonic radiation opening 20, a drain opening 21 is formed and a drain tube 8 having a pressure release valve 80 is connected thereto.
