description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in manufacture of a DC brushless motor whose stator core sheets and rotor core sheets are not punched simultaneously in these days, where the material yield is low as the rotor core comprises different materials and, if the yield is improved, the workability is declined. SOLUTION: When stator core sheets are punched by a press, the outer circumferential length of the stator core is divided for respective teeth so as to be within a feeding widthwise direction of a die and the core sheets are arranged straight. In order to improve the material yield, the other teeth are placed between teeth so as to face each other and holes of half-punched recesses, and protrusions coupled with the holes are formed on yoke parts and the adjacent yoke parts are alternately layered and connected by the holes and protrusions to form a movable construction, so that connections can be made in a press operation and the assembly workability can be improved. With such a constitution, a stator core which can improve the material yield when the core sheets are punched and the assembly workability can be provided.
