ONE-TOUCH OPERATION OPEN/CLOSE MOBILE PHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a folding mobile phone by enabling a user to open and close the mobile phone with one operation in one hand. SOLUTION: A key operation part 6 is arranged in a round upper casing 2 of the folding mobile phone, and a liquid crystal display part 3 is arranged in a flat lower casing 1. Since the liquid crystal display part and the key operation part are arranged in contrary to a conventional type, it is unnecessary to shift the mobile phone in a hand, and the user easily operates the mobile phone with one hand. The elastic force of one spring 14 in an inner cylinder is used to open and close the mobile phone. When the lower casing 1 is closed, a hook 11 is put and fixed in a keyhole 12 of an outside shaft by the horizontal elastic force of the spring. When the user will open the mobile phone, the user pushes a hook release button 5, which is arranged in a shaft part naturally touched with fingers at the time of grasping the mobile phone main body, to push out a hook and the vertical elastic force of the spring is transmitted to the lower enclosure through a projecting part 15 of the spring, and thus the mobile phone is opened.
