description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing city gas 13A by conducting one-step operation of vaporization and controlling of a heat of combustion with the use of a liquid.liquid contact type vaporization system which solves the problem relating to the natural circulation of a high temperature liquid in setting up a vaporization process by bringing a low-boiling point liquid such as liquefied natural gas(LNG) into contact with a high-temperature liquid such as liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) in a liquid.liquid contact manner to effect heat exchange. SOLUTION: In a vaporization zone 1, LNG is continuously brought into contact with LPG in the liquid.liquid contacting manner to obtain natural gas (NG), and simultaneously the LPG rising with NG bubbles in the vaporization zone is flew out of the top of the vaporization zone, and the effluent LPG is deaerated in a deaeration zone 17 and heated with water of a normal temperature or hot water in a heating zone 3, and subsequently subjected to natural circulation to the bottom of the vaporization zone, and simultaneously fresh LPG is replenished to the vaporization zone in an amount corresponding to the amount of the LPG which leaves in the state included in liquefied gas (CG) by vaporization from the vaporization zone. |
