Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of outputting with predetermined characteristics irrespective of the unevenness of individual constituting components brought about in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A correcting circuit 20 has a plurality of inverters to become a reference circuit 20a and regulating circuits 21, 22 and connected in multistages. Input terminals of the circuits 21, 22 are connected to characteristic control circuits 30. The circuits 30 are provided in the circuits 21 and 22 as logic circuits operated by an input signal from a data terminal 10 and a control signal of a storage means 40. The means 40 has fuses 41, 42 for imparting information signals for the circuits 21, 22 to the circuits 30. Since the on/off of the circuits 21, 22 are decided by the circuits 30 according to the on/off of the fuses 41, 42, the number of operable transistors in the entire circuit 20 is changed, and hence its switching characteristics are regulated. |
