SOLUTION: In this method, a wave angle and an azimuth of a received radio wave are calculated by a data processing controlling part 44 based on data of a horizontal polarization component and a vertical polarization component of a complemented radio wave, a kind of a reflection ionized layer is determined based on calculated values thereof, and a height of the ionized layer, and a latitude and a longitude of a reflection point are calculated to specify the position of radio wave transmission source, in a radio wave transmission source position detecting device having a circular array antenna 11 capable of complementing the horizontal polarization component and the vertical polarization component of the radio wave. |
