Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct random selection by a purchaser oneself of whether to receive a point refund service or a cash refund service to a purchased commodity when the commodity purchaser purchases a commodity. SOLUTION: In a virtual store server on the Internet, specification between receiving of the point refund service or the cash refund service to a purchased commodity is requested when a commodity purchase application is received from a client terminal. When a commodity purchase application by specification of the point refund service is received, the commodity is registered as a sale at a preset selling price and refund points based upon the selling price is provided to the commodity purchaser. When a commodity purchase application by specification of the cash refund service is received, the commodity is registered as a sale at a price discounted from the selling price and no refund points are provided.
