The provider 5 requests a group of specialists 4 to sort the information on care supplies and care services and register it to a retrieval database 55. The group of specialists 4 sorts care supplies and services according to assessment data and registers results to the retrieval database 55 by a sorting registration terminal 40. When a care manager 2 makes a care plan for a user 6, he transmits entered assessment data to a database server 50 from a care manager terminal 20. The database server 50 retrieves care supplies and services which suit the user 6 and transmits the result to the care manager terminal 20. The care manager 2 selects care supplies and services referring to the transmitted result of the retrieval and completes the care plan.
