SOLUTION: The device for learning is provided with a means for repeatedly reviewing the learning material for learning distributed from a distribution device at a predetermined cycle, a means for setting a target value of a learning result, a means for calculating the learning result, and a means for requesting distribution of the learning material, and when the learning result exceeds the set target value, the device requests distribution of the following learning material.
