Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a panel fitting component to a panel material with no backlash without increasing the number of parts, and to reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A Y-shape lip 25 which is formed at the lower end of one side side wall 24a of a shape forming part 22 comprising a panel fitting groove 24 by branching a reaction force lip part 25b from a main lip part 25a in a forked state is extended on the outside of the panel fitting groove 24 and formed at the same time of the shape forming. A root part of the Y-shape lip 25 is bent and deformed so that the reaction lip part 25b faces to the inner face of the one side side wall. Even when a groove width of the panel fitting groove 24 is set large, the backlash can be suppressed by the Y-shape lip 25.
