Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of directly separating and removing hexavalent selenium from a desulfurization waste liquid obtained from combustion exhaust gas needing not reducing the selenium to tetravalent one. SOLUTION: In the method for removing selenium from the desulfurization waste liquid by coprecipitation, the desulfurization waste liquid obtained from the combustion exhaust gas is subjected to hydrothermal reaction treatment and selenium contained in the desulfurization waste liquid is coprecipitated along with other metals or compound to be separated and removed from the desulfurization waste liquid.
