Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover metal components from water containing metal ions which is used for washing products having plating solution adhering thereon and to clean the treatment liquid. SOLUTION: Copper hydroxide is generated by adding sodium hydroxide into treatment water W11 containing copper ions to prepare alkaline treatment water W12. The treatment water W12 is supplied to a floating filter medium type filter 100, and the copper hydroxide is separated. The separated copper hydroxide is drained by the net material 301 part of a draining-heating apparatus 300. The drained copper hydroxide is heated by the iron plate part 302 of the apparatus 300 to be converted into copper oxide. Fine (micron order) copper particles are obtained by reducing the copper oxide. The filtrate of the filter 100 is further filtered by a hollow fiber membrane filter 200 to be cleaned.
