CELL STORAGE LIQUID AND METHOD FOR STORING CELL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cell storage liquid having excellent performances without containing blood serum and a culture solution during the cell storage, and a method for storing the cell using the same. SOLUTION: This cell storage liquid without containing the blood serum and the culture solution is prepared by using a substance as the main ingredient prepared by mixing albumins included in a phosphate buffer solution conventionally used for storing a germ cell instead of dimethylsulfoxide conventionally used as an additive to a blood serum-containing storage liquid and adding an auxiliary agent such as phosphate ion, a divalent metal ion and a monosaccharide thereto if necessary. Therefor, the storage liquid having clear ingredients thereof and an extremely stable quality and having excellent storage performances of the cell without requiring including both the blood serum and the culture solution and thereby having dangers of changing properties of the stored cell and contaminating with unknown viruses and the method for storing the cell using the storage liquid are provided.
