Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet curing powder composition having excellent ultraviolet curability and capable of forming a film having excellent adhesion, water and chemical resistances, etc. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet curing powder coating composition is characterized by containing a urethane resin obtained by reacting a carboxy group in a urethane resin with an epoxy group in a glycidyl group-containing (meth) acrylate and further reacting the resultant hydroxy group formed by the reaction with an isocyanate group in an isocyanate group-containing (meth)acrylate as a binder component.
