SOLUTION: For this housing case made of an elastic synthetic resin, a lid 2 is connected with the upper end of the rear plate 11 of a case main body 1 through a linear hinge section h1. In such a housing case, a curved section 25 is formed by slightly projecting the linear hinge section h1 and the peripheral region to the external surface side of the case. In this case, the linear hinge section h1 is constituted by forming grooves on the case surface. When an angle formed by the rear plate 11 and the lid 2 becomes smaller than 180 deg., the curved section 25 protrudes to the internal surface side of the case, and at the same time, the state is maintained. Thus, the lid 2 is prevented from moving in the lid-closing direction.
