CENTRIFUGAL CASTING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal casting unit capable of efficiently performing a transfer work or a processing work to the next process, centrifugally casting a plurality of tubes at the same time and also capable of restraining a tube- bending. SOLUTION: A bogie 27 having a No.1 and a No.2 mold 23, 26 capable of centrifugally casting mutually different diameter tubes 22, 25, a No.1 and a No.2 drawing units 31, 32 capable of drawing respective tubes 22, 25 from each mold 23, 26, an inserting unit to insert a small diameter tube 25 into a large diameter tube are provided, and in the carriage by which a small diameter tube 25 is inserted into a large diameter tube 22, the two tubes 22, 25 are transferred at the same time, which can reduce transfer times and improve the operating efficiency and simultaneously, the tube-bending is restrained at the time of the transfer and excellent tubes 22, 25 can be obtained.
