METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a construction panel capable of effectively manufacturing the construction panel by avoiding waste by reducing generation of end materials to the minimum, also saving resources, eliminating unnecessary manufacture, planning cost reduction and improving productivity by minimizing generation of waste materials as much as possible involved in the manufacture of a panel. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a construction panel in which the size/the number of sheet data 4 necessary for a wall panel 2 is calculated on the basis of a cut directive data 3 of the wall panel of a building 1, the layout of the wall panel 12 is executed so that end materials be minimized in accordance with the size of an original panel 5 that can be manufactured on the basis of the size/the number of sheet data 4 of the wall panel 2, which is made to be the original panel layout data 6. The size data 7 of the original panel 5 obtained from the original panel layout data 6 is transmitted to the panel manufacturing device 8 to manufacture the original panel 5 on the basis of the size data 7, and to cut and process 9 the original panel 5 into the predetermined wall panel 2 on the basis of the original plate layout data 6.
