SOLUTION: Electric apparatus units 3A-3C having heat components- containing electronic apparatus 7 housed in cases 15 are vertically stacked to form an electronic apparatus equipment. The cases 15 comprise vertical ducts 23 extending vertically to vertically guide air, horizontal duct structures forming horizontal ducts 31A-31B and exhaust ducts 25 disposed vertically in the vertical ducts 23. The electric apparatus 7 have second partition walls 19f disposed between the horizontal ducts 31A-31B, and apparatus housing spaces and fans 17 for exhausting air from the closed apparatus housing spaces via exhaust ducts 25.
