description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sample change to be performed under a condition that a cell is kept set, and to enable the mixing of plural samples to be performed under a high pressure condition. SOLUTION: As this NMR cell for measuring supercritical fluid to be used for the NMR measurement of the supercritical fluid, a flow type cell 5 having a capillary 4 having a tip extended near a bottom part and connected to one of connection parts of a cell holder 3 provided with connection parts of an outlet and an inlet 1 and 2 is used so that a sample can be exchanged without removing the cell 5. The capillary 4 forms a fluid reservoir near the bottom in the cell 5 and integrated with a plug part for sealing an upper part, and the fluid reservoir and the other connection part are communicated with each other through a clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the plug part and the inner peripheral surface of the cell so as to reduce the temperature grade in a sample system to be measured and so as to restrict the generation of convection. A pressurizer and a pressure regulator are connected to the outlet and the inlet of the cell holder so as to enable an exchange and mixing of samples.
