DATA FILE STRUCTURE AND DATA FILE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data file structure and a data file system, in which data processing concerning to one sample can be carried out using a single data file, without requiring a plurality of types of data file. SOLUTION: In place of an arrangement for storing analysis data and analysis sequence in a data file for each analysis mode, the sample name is positioned at the highest level concept of the data file. A data file, corresponding to each sample, is thereby formed, and all analysis data and analysis sequence pertaining to one sample are stored in that data file. One mode of data file structure includes an analysis data file, for storing a plurality of types of analysis data in the data file, which is specified by the sample name.
