Since a normal passage of a heating medium is put outside a vacuum vessel, and a nozzle for making the heating medium flow through do not need to be fitted to the vacuum vessel, it is possible also to make the part of a reactor into the vacuum vessel by using a general means such as vacuum packaging. |
