SNACK NOODLE AND INSTANT NOODLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide snack noodles and instant noodles each enabling calorie control for diet, and capable of making cold noodles having less calorie than that of hot noodles by controlling the amount of a highly metabolizable seasoning. SOLUTION: The snack noodles and instant noodles are each so constituted that the noodle mass each of the snack noodles in cup noodle-form and the instant noodles such as instant Chinese noodles is made not one mass but plural small masses to be taken per one meal, and the number of the noodle masses is controlled when eaten so as to easily control the amount of the noodles for one meal; one or plural recesses for break are set on the noodle mass each of the snack noodles in cup noodle-form and the instant noodles such as instant Chinese noodles so as to easily control the amount of the noodles through breaking the noodles at the recess for break; a seasoning for one meal each of the snack noodles in cup noodle-form and the instant noodles such as instant Chinese noodles is divided into plural small bags per one kind thereof so as to correctly control the amount of the seasoning and preserve the seasoning; and cold noodles such as cold Chinese noodles are made by putting cold water or ice water in the snack noodles in cup noodle-form and the instant noodles such as instant Chinese noodles, and seasoned mainly with a mixture of curry and miso.
