RAILWAY POWER ADMINISTRATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a simulation close to an actual operation, by carrying out simulation of switching of an apparatus of a controlled site in a railway power administrating system in accordance with travelling of a train. SOLUTION: In the railway power administrating system provided with a controlled site to control operation of an apparatus to carry out power supply/ power interruption in accordance with travelling of a train and a railway power administrating device to control the controlled site by being connected through a network, a simulator device, which makes track circuit information to simulate the drop/raise of the track circuit having schedule information of the operation of the train and indicating the travelling position of the train in accordance with the schedule information for the train operation, transmits it to the railway power administrating device, and simulates the operation of the apparatus of the controlled site complying with the track circuit information, is provided. Since the apparatus operation is simulated in accordance with the train operation schedule, the simulated information is close to the actual operating information.
