Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables analyzing of dioxins handily and at a higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A fibrous support is housed into a housing part 5 with a heating mechanism 6 while a solution of tetrachloride dioxin obtained by dissolving a sample is heated with the heating mechanism 6 being supplied with an inert gas while being impregnated into the fibrous support and the vaporized tetrachloride dioxin is taken out as sample gas together with the inert gas supplied. The tetrachloride dioxin is irradiated with a pulse laser having an absorption wavelength intrinsic thereto to be ionized. The dioxin thus ionized is detected by a detection part to be determined. |
