INGESTION SALT METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of a salt ingestion amount by setting the ideal or target mass of total uptake salt contents and then finding and storing a salt ingestion amount from eaten food, a dish name, and its amount in a memory, and thus showing the progress with numerals and a graph and giving proper advice. SOLUTION: This ingestion salt meter is equipped with a salt parameter input means which inputs a salt parameter showing slat per unit amount that an eaten dish or food contains, a mass input means which inputs the mass of the eaten dish or food, an arithmetic means which calculates the salt amount from the inputted salt parameter and mass, an integrating means which integrates the calculated salt ingestion amount for a specific period, a 1st indicating means which indicates the integrated value of the salt ingestion amount integrated by the integrating means, and a 2d indicating means which indicates the target value of the salt ingestion amount in the specific period.
