Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism adhesion preventing method for a seawater intake heat exchange device to prevent adhesion of microorganisms to an external water intake heat exchange device at a low cost. SOLUTION: An external water piping system is provided to guide external water through an auto-strainer (3) to a heat exchanger (4) by an external water intake pump (2). A microorganism adhesion preventing method for an external water intake heat exchanger device prevents adhesion of microorganisms to the external water piping system of an external water intake heat exchange device to effect heat exchanged between external water and cooling water. Bypass piping (11) is provided to interconnect the heat exchanger outlet piping of an external water piping system and the suction piping of an external water intake pump and an external water circulation route through which external water is circulated is formed. An autostrainer blow valve (14) communicating with the external water circulation route is provided. By controlling a blow water quantity by the autostrainer blow valve (14), a circulation external water temperature is set to 60 deg.C or higher and an external water contact part constitution member allowing temperature or below. |
