An adhesive 4 is applied onto the foamed lightweight concrete pieces 3, a decorative material 6 such as tile, slice brick, and a plurality of randomly cut stones or the like are pressed thereon and adhered to the foamed lightweight concrete pieces 3, whereby a lightweight pavingstone or composite lightweight decorative material for floor material 7 easy to construct is obtained.
