Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make Pb in slag produced in a steelmaking process containing Pb insoluble. SOLUTION: After separating or removing the slag produced in the steelmaking process and containing >=0.001 mass% Pb from the surface of molten steel, a heating treatment is applied to melt this slag, and thereafter, the slag composition is adjusted so s to satisfy the following formula (1). As the other way, after separating or removing this slag from the surface of molten steel, a stem aging treatment is performed for at least 5 days or an outdoor preservation is performed for at least 90 days.
