Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frictional resistance-reducing agent composition which can control the generation of whirlpools in an aqueous medium for transportation in a piping and whose frictional resistance with the wall of the piping can be reduced, and further to provide the aqueous medium which is used for the transportation, uses the frictional resistance-reducing agent composition, and has reduced frictional resistance. SOLUTION: This frictional resistance-reducing agent composition for aqueous media, characterized by comprising (A) a water-soluble polymer having an average mol.wt. of >=100,000 and (B) an anionic surfactant.
