Moreover, locking pieces 8a, 8b are formed to the external circumferential surface of the same free and for the locking of holding portions 18, 21 of each indirect live cable holding tools 16, 19. The cap members 1 are closed to the predetermined opening angle against external biasing of the hinge 2 and are placed oppositing to the holding portions 18, 21 for the locking purpose. These cap members 1 are mounted to the end of power distribution cable 55 while these are pressed and held with the external biasing of he hinge 2.
