METHOD FOR EXTERMINATING INSECT PEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method in which insect pests can simply be exterminated without using a chemical substance. SOLUTION: The insect pests are exterminated with noncompensating charges produced on the surface of a ferroelectric thin film by applying a transient voltage thereto.
