SOLUTION: This cool storing material is a bead-shaped polycrystalline sintered compact obtained by compacting and sintering the multiple oxide RXAl2-XO3 (wherein R is a rare earth element) of a rare earth metal and aluminum slightly excessive in aluminum content. The main structure in the bed of the cool storing material is RAlO3 of perovskite-state. Alumina and garnet are uniformly dispersed in the structure of perovskite.
