The flange part 6b is inserted into a space 7, and the nut body 6a passes through a hole 8. The fixing part 5a of the fixing jig 5 is fixed to the wall surface of the catch basin 2 by an anchor 11 and a adhesive. A bolt 12 inserted from the surface of the cover 3 is fastened by the nut body 6a in order to fix the cover 3.
