PROPERTY FINANCING EXAMINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which quickly answers the examination result of property financing by a bank to the financing wisher and reduces the credit risk on the bank side. SOLUTION: The property financing examination system used when the financing of property is applied to the bank and the financing is examined is equipped with a function of totalizing account settlement data base upon daily transaction journalizing data and converts the settlement data into settlement data of an account title system for financing examination on the bank side, a means which totalizes the number of transaction day journalizing classifications and the number of input day classifications to confirm the unnaturalness that actual input days are partial to a specific month of account settlement although transactions are nearly uniform in transaction day classification number over a year, and a means for totalizing the frequency of journalizing correction of an arbitrary account title so as to confirm intentional classification alteration.
