Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading/unloading device for industrial vehicle capable of lessening the moment generated in a mast in associatin with a tilting motion. SOLUTION: A joint 23 of a tilt cylinder 16 is positioned so that a bracket 13 is inserted between the inner crevice 21 and outer crevice 22 of the joint 23 and the inner crevice 21 is positioned in a gap 14, and a tilt pin 24 is inserted into pin holes 20, 15, and 19 provided in the outer crevice 22, bracket 13, and inner crevice 21, respectively. An opening in an adjusting plate 29 is fitted into the head 28 of the tilt pin 24, and the adjusting plate 29 is fixed to the outside surface of the outer crevice 22 using a bolt 30.
