Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which supports customer's purchase of merchandise by extracting consultation about merchandise that a user makes by using the Internet and making one of registered VAS stores answer it. SOLUTION: This Internet vending system opens a homepage on a WEB server and registers plural VAS stores. Each VAS store is enabled to communicate with the WEB server. In the homepage, a consulting corner for merchandise purchase is provided. Then when a customer selects the consulting corner, the customer is made to input the use environment of merchandise and a contacting place, and the input contents are sent to one of the VAS stores, which is made to answer the customer's consultation.
